About Sean
I know what it's like when the path you built stops fitting.
I've had multiple careers—emergency medicine, health tech, consulting. Each one worked until it didn't. The burnout was real. The rebuilding was hard.
Eventually I found coaching when I needed help navigating my own transition. It gave me the clarity and structure to move forward without dismantling everything I'd built.
Now I work with people in their 50s, 60s, and early 70s going through similar crossroads. Career changes. Retirement questions. Identity shifts. The moment when success stops feeling like success.
I get it because I'm navigating these questions myself—not from memory, but in real time.
How I work:
I listen without trying to fix. I ask questions that help you see things more clearly. We work as peers figuring things out together—no guru dynamic, no prescribed system.
Sometimes we work over Zoom. Sometimes while I'm traveling (movement creates perspective). Always focused on what actually matters to you.
A bit about my life:
I'm based in Los Angeles, though I spend time in Buffalo helping my aging parents. I travel when I can. I'm an introvert who skips small talk but lives for the big questions.
This work matters to me because I've lived the questions my clients are asking.
Credentials:
PCC-Certified Professional Coach
Advanced training in Systems Coaching, Applied Neuroscience, Executive Coaching
MBA from SMU
20+ years across healthcare, health tech, and consulting
Most clients aren't hiring me for the credentials—they're hiring me because they feel understood. But the training matters. It means I take this work seriously.
